How we ship
We ship from Toronto, Canada. All orders are dispatched using fully insured, signature-required courier services — we do not ship jewelry uninsured under any circumstances. Packages are discreet, with no external indication of contents or value.
Tracking information is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Someone must be available to sign for delivery; if a first attempt is missed, the courier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery.

Our return policy
We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Approved returns are refunded in full to the original payment method at the original purchase amount.
Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as delivered, with all original packaging and documentation included. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage incurred after delivery cannot be accepted.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Receive your return instructions We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and packaging instructions. Do not ship the item before receiving this confirmation.

Ship it back securely Use the label and packaging provided. The item travels back to us fully insured. Please retain your proof of postage until the return is confirmed received.

Receive your refund Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method for the full original purchase amount.
