How our pricing works
Our prices are set in a reverse auction: instead of bidding the price up, the price drops over time until someone buys.
The 15-day cycle
Each item runs on a repeating 15-day cycle with 5 price tiers:
- Days 0–2: Starting price
- Days 3–5: First discount
- Days 6–8: Bigger discount
- Days 9–11: Bigger still
- Days 12–14: Floor price (lowest it goes)
On day 15, the price resets to the starting price at that day's gold rate and the cycle repeats. Prices are set once per cycle, so they don't drift day to day. If you missed the lowest price, you wait another full cycle.
Why we do it this way
It rewards patience. Wait longer = pay less. But waiting also means someone else might grab it first — that's the gamble.

Yes! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable. If you need to start a return, contact our support team, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs may apply.
Most of our pieces are pre-owned, and some come to us on consignment from individual owners. We're selective about what we list — an item only makes it to the store if it's in perfect, like-new condition. Every piece is professionally appraised and authenticated before it's offered for sale, so you can buy with complete confidence in both its quality and its value.
To maintain the shine and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend:
- Avoiding water, lotions, and perfumes when wearing your pieces.
- Storing in a dry, cool place when not in use.
- Cleaning gently with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils.
